INSPECTION TRIP
Have you thought about buying a property in Spain, but are you unsure how to go about it?
Well, one of the most practical ways is to plan a trip to the country or the particular region which interests you. A short trip of say 3 or 4 days and tailor-made just for you and with some of your time spent with a local property specialist, can be the most effective method of not only viewing properties, but will be less stressful and could lower your costs.
That is why we offer to anyone interested in buying a property in Spain, an invitation to participate in such a trip.
We book your flight and hotel for you, pick you up from the airport and later show you a range of properties which might be of interest to you. During a typical lunch tasting the local cuisine, we will provide lots of other information about the culture, history and customs of each place we visit, together with the location of the best beaches, golf courses and excursions.
You will only need your camera, sun cream, comfortable shoes and leave the rest to us! Imagine your inspection visit as a relaxing, pleasant and informal business trip.
We have prepared comprehensive and up to date information covering all aspects of property purchase in Spain. This includes local taxes, maintenance costs, rental possibilities, health services, banking and mortgage possibilities and the ownership process itself.
Because we prepare the content of each trip individually you should provide us with as much information as you can. For example it would be helpful to know what kind of property you are looking for, what price range and whether it is for investment, holidays or permanent residence.
Based on this information our specialists will prepare an individual range of properties for you to view which closely fit your requests. Our representatives will also be in constant contact with you throughout your stay to ensure that the properties you view match your criteria and also to ensure that all your questions are answered.
You are not obliged to purchase anything during your stay and will not feel any pressure from our staff to do so. However it is recommended that you have arranged beforehand to have up to EU 6000 available, just in case you find the place of your dreams and need to make a deposit to secure your interest.
IN CASE YOU PURCHASE A PROPERTY DURING THE TRIP THE COSTS OF YOUR FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATION (UP TO 600 EU) WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO YOU
AN EXAMPLE OF A TYPICAL VISIT
Day 1: Pick up from the airport by our representative and transfer to the hotel. Time to freshen up before taking a guided tour of interesting places, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
Days 2 and 3: A morning start to view a range of properties specifically chosen for you. A break is taken for lunch in a typical restaurant. Later in the afternoon we return you to your hotel for a rest before an evening dinner.
Day 4: A continuation of your tour, but limited to a second look at properties of interest, or additional properties. After lunch a meeting with legal and financial specialists, who will provide information and answer your questions. Time is kept available later in the afternoon either for further visits or more detailed meetings relating to any specific property.
